The Grey Earl (Black Tea)

Earl Grey tea is a wonderful classic which almost everyone has heard of or tasted. Every tea maker has a special and closely guarded recipe for their blend, which usually is comprised of a mix of Indian and Chinese black teas which must invariably be blended with the oil of the bergamot fruit. Bergamot is a funky little citrus native to southern Italy, whose rind yields the oil which gives Earl Grey its distinctive flavor.

We keep our Grey Earl blend close to the classic flavor (hey, if it ain't broke), with a custom selection of herbs to fortify the flavor and bring out that bergamot goodness.
