COVID-19 Related Shipping Notice

Thanks to our all-star team at the roastery, we’re still able to produce & deliver fresh coffee with love and good vibes to your door! Please be patient as we do our best to fulfill these orders and be aware that our shipping partners are experiencing huge spikes in online shipments.

How can I save on shipping?

Flat standard shipping is $5 ! We also offer additional shipping deals from time to time, so watch your inbox, our website, or our social media pages.

* – Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping outside the contiguous U.S., or free expedited shipping.

When will my order ship?

When we receive your order, our staff in Charlotte NC will get to work to fulfill it! Your order will typically ship out within two business days. Please note, we are closed on weekends and most National Holidays. If you place an order on those days, it will take at least two business days for us to ship your fresh roasted coffee. You’ll get an email update when your box of coffee love is in the careful hands of UPS or USPS.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless Expedited service is selected.  Most locations in the continental U.S. are no more than 4 business days away, and the closer you are to our hometown of Charlotte NC, the quicker your order will arrive. Check the UPS or USPS time-in-transit maps for delivery to your location.

Please note that transit times are not guaranteed. Consider expediting your package if it’s time-sensitive. Expect service to take a little longer in November and December, as both processing and time in transit may be delayed due to shipping volume.

How do I track my order?

After you place your order, you will receive automated email messages with updates and tracking information throughout the process of your order.

What if my order is incorrect or damaged?

What is your return policy?

Backyard Brew is happy to exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Prior to mailing an item back to us, please connect with our customer service team so we can keep an eye out for your return.

Exempt from being returned are perishable goods, such as coffee. If there is a problem with the perishable goods you have received or you are not completely satisfied, please give us a call.
