Rooibos is an herbal tea meaning it contains no caffeine, but it is packed with antioxidants and a sweet, malty, earthy flavor which is so rich and concentrated that it can go toe-to-toe with coffee. We toss in a dose of toasted coconut, which brings out even more of those sweet and savory notes.
